Your first mistake was buying a salad a lunch. I think its noble to buy lunch for a homeless guy or the guy in the next cubicle over, but a salad? Besides, all they need is sunlight, water, and chloro...something?
Next time buy yourself lunch and maybe you won't be so hungry.
